And everyone knows a girl has got to stay connected with the outside world. And obviously she needs an IPhone and and Ipod!
Bubba is busy with his all-star baseball team as well as several summer youth group trips / camps. The summer will be gone before we have a chance to catch our breath.
I have been busy with the normal stuff. We had a wonderful week of VBS two weeks ago. I absolutely love it, even though it is exhausting!
I have also started a new business venture. I have been hesitant to share on here because this is a personal blog to chronicle our lives, but I keep coming back to the fact that I should share. Don't worry, this won't become a business billboard blog. But honestly this is such a wonderful product and opportunity that I want to share with everyone. I realize 95% of you don't know me in real life but I am anything but a salesperson and the least pushy / aggressive person ever, so I truly am sharing this because I think it is wonderful..... so here's my story.
About 18 months ago, I overheard the name Rodan+Fields Dermatologists while at a children's clothing trunk show. I honestly didn't give it another thought, because I was way more interested in some CUTE baby clothes that skincare. Fast forward 12 months and through connecting with someone on fb that I met at another kid's trunk show ( see a trend? LOL), I began to learn more about R+F. I became intrigued once I looked at the product and "stalked" her website for a while. I even got J to look at it because there was a product that I thought could help him as well. We continued to look for a while and started discussing the business potential. R+F was created by the makers of Pro@ctiv. What they did for acne they were now doing for Anti-age. It didn't take long until I called her and said "Sign me up". We got our kit just two days later and couldn't wait to try the product.
Honestly, it didn't take long to fall in love with the products!!! J felt like he was getting some immediate results and at 2 weeks we could see a major difference. J has suffered from Rosecia for quite a while. And lets just say this has been life changing for him...

I have always prided myself on having good skin, although I never properly took care of it. But lets face it, I will celebrate a monumental birthday in just a few short weeks, and it was starting to show. I had developed some visible sun spots and a few fine lines were appearing. So I began a regimen to lighten and brighten my skin. I honestly didn't think I looked bad, until I saw my before and afters!
