Not much to share this week, the trim and doors are being installed. I did take my big camera out and get a much better picture of the house.
My head is literally swimming with all the task that must be completed before the move. There item to purge from my closets, packing, organizing before the move. And add in that we are throwing in a week at Disney in the coming weeks. Of course to further complicate things, we will be just around the corner from Christmas by the time we move. I am desperately trying to keep list going and organize the new house in my mind - and on paper.
As most of you know, I love to scrapbook. This past year, I discovered digital scrapbooking and fell in love. I can click and drag, move things around, and change my mind completely, all in a matter of minutes! Well during the year, a friend recommended Big Picture Scrapbooking, a site that offers classes, tutorials, etc. I receive regular e-mails from them, but have not participated in any of their classes, yet. This week I got a notice of a new class "Cut the Crazy out of Christmas". I debated over whether or not I should sign up since I have so much going on. After a few days of consideration, I decided to go for it. Basically the class is to guide you through making a notebook to help organize for Christmas. Of course there are some scrapbook pages to create in the process but mainly it is to help you keep your sanity during Christmas. Last night, I set up my notebook with the provided printouts and digi-scrapped my notebook cover. I chose this picture of H reading the Christmas Story out of the Bible on Christmas Eve a few years ago because it reminds me what the true meaning of the season really is! We make it so complicated! I will keep you posted on my progress and whether keeps me on track!
